Hi Navneet,

It was not mandatory to fill family income since 2018. Forms in 2018 has no * mark displayed, which clearly says it was optional. Filing of Caste column was compulsory. But in year 2019 National Test Agency which conducts JEE has made a mandate to fill family income

Incase youre from Delhi Region, with a Percentile of 88 in JEE Main, being from PwD you have fair chances of securing a seat in either of DTU, NSIT or IIIT. As far as NITs and GFTIs are concerned, you'll have fair chances. Perhaps try for your Home State NIT/GFTI,
