It's okay to not to know your field of interest. Considering your situation I think you need a counsellor as well as this is the time you need to introspect. BSc Hons is not a bad option but if you prefer engineering then you should definitely drop in

As per the percentile mentioned, your category rank will be lower. So, there is a good chance of getting NIT Warangal based on your rank because of the cutoff trends for NIT Warangal for civil engineering, ece, eee or biotechnology. You can check on this link too.
