With this rank, you have very low chances in IIITs/NITs, even to get into lower NITs  your rank should have been at least around 45000-50, 000 i. e around 96 percentile

Congrats for your achievement, you have scored a very decent score. Definitely you can get some good NIT's but only in CSAB round. There is very less chance you can get CSE or ECE in JOSSA counselling, wait for the special round and then you can get CSE
