Vssut burla doesn't disclose its official cut off in the website neither it is available in the Google. But as per my knowledge the cut off should not be less than 40k rank for the computer science and engineering.

Out of the two mentioned percentiles, best percentile is 70 percentile for you but you are not going to get any good college with even 70 percentile because with 70 percentile your rank might be somewhere around 306900 - 345000 , you can check out marks Vs ranks

You don't need to worry about that, as it will not cause any kind of problem. You just need to carry your passport size photograph for verification and your valid id proof along with your admit card.
