If you score 99 percentile in JEE Main then your general rank or say All India Rank will be somewhere between 10230 - 11500.

see it would depends on college norms, generally for private colleges fees would not refund even if you discontinue your courses. if their is any caution money deposited, you may get back it, but it would be best to contact with college authority for clearance of details.

According to the percentile you have mentioned your SC rank is expected to be in the range of 2500-3000.

So on such rank and category you have No chance to get any of the good NITs for B.Arch./B.Plan. You should take a target of at least 90 percentile
