81 percentile would fetch you a rank around 194370-218500.As of now its tough to say because the analysis and also cutoffs change every year due to many factors like total students appearing for exam,difficulty level of paper etc  considering you from gen category,with your percentile ,you have few chances

I got CSE category 3 in VIT VELLORE campus as backup. Already filled forms for JEE, COMEDK, GGSIPU AND JIIT NOIDA. Is there any college at par or better than VIT except bits whose form I should fill?
