With 53.82 percentile and AIR 57069 (SC), getting CS or AI in top NITs is unlikely. However, you may have a chance in newer or less popular NITs or through home state quota. Try CS-related branches too.

Hello,

As per your mentioned query, it is impossible to get seat in NIT delhi having 72 percentile as a general category. It falls below the cut off. You must have above 95 percentile to get admission in NIT.

With 91.76 percentile and an OBC-NCL rank of ~39,000, getting top NITs or IIITs is difficult, but you might still get lower branches in newer NITs or IIITs in later rounds.

Top NITs – No chance.

New NITs (like Mizoram, Nagaland) – Very slim chance in low-demand branches.

Top IIITs – No chance.
