With 67 Percentile, your CRL will be anywhere around 300-400k. I dont believe, unless you have certain categorical advantage like ST, PwD or SC, you will be able to secure a seat at some of the NITs, IIITs or even GFTIs. However, for college predicition do follow the link below

You will be only eligible for JEE ADVANCED 2021,2022 as you are qualifying 10+2 this year. Although, you will be eligible for JEE MAINS 2023.
