Yes of course you can carry some money with you because there is no any restriction on money, but make sure that nothing should be written on it with Pen or pencil. JEE-Main 2021 March attempt is being conducted from March 15th-18th and NTA has issued the guidelines
As per the March session trends you should try to achieve atleast >130 to have such a percentile. Depending on your preparation you can target any figure above 130.

With 92.24 percentile your rank would be around 70000. You may getinto government college like Nit which is little difficult. With your rank you can pursue many private colleges like manipal University, Vellore Institue of Techmology etc.It also depends on OBC, SC , General category.
