JEE Main rank is only valid for the year in which you have taken the examination. In JEE Main counselling only take the current year score is evaluated.  You can not seat for JEE Main 2021 counselling with JEE 2020 result.

You can use Black and white Photograph in  JEE Mains, But make sure it has optimum Contrast and clear Background. Also read the instructions well before submitting the Documents. You may need to add name and Date of taking the photograph.
