As we go through the latest cut-off analysis of 2020 then it shows that if a candidate belonging to General category is scoring around 96-97 percentile then also he can get NIT but it would be the lower NITs like most of the Eastern NITs, like NIT Silchar,
Admit card for May '21 session will be released few days prior to the commencement of examination for May'21 attempt. So we have to wait till now and as exact dates are not announced yet so we cannot help you with the same.

If you don't give the JEE mains examination also you can admission in BTech colleges. Some colleges have their own entrance examination for BTech and check the 12th marks. So you can admission those colleges. Otherwise you can give state entrance examination. You didn't mention your state name so
JEE-Main 2021 will be conducted only in online Computer Based Test (CBT) mode and for JEE-Main paper 2 drawing section it will be pen-paper based. Exam pattern for JEE-Main 2021 for Paper 1 and Paper 2 is described below :-
