i am general candidate from jharkhand can i get bit mesra because i got only 73 percent in boards and got a 91 percentile in jee mains , because josaa and csab elegebility criteria is 75 percent but in google it is showing 60 percent for bit deoghar and mesra home sate criteria but 75 percent for all india . if it is 60 not 75 for general home state then what is the further process please help
