Congratulations on scoring this percentile ofcourse you can get a seat in NIT because you have a good percentile and have got more than 60% in boards .The minimum requirement is 60% in boards and good rank and you have that you are even eligible for IIIT's too

I will say you should use the college predictor and see which government colleges you are eligible for but you should get into NIT Sikkim,IIIT Bhubaneswar,IIIT Guwahati as these are the best colleges that will give you CSE according to your rank
