Yes , you can get CSE in USICT with 37000 EWS rank in JEE Mains. But you would not get in the first round but according to their previous years max ranks you could have a chance in round 2 and round 3.

18312 is a pretty good rank if your son wants admission in NIT's or a good B.Tech college. Students within the first 20000 ranks get good colleges according to previous years trends.

As for admission in HCU, the seats for integrated course under general category are around 20.
