For the mentioned percentile you will have general rank around 70000. And you will have obc rank around 18000-20000. So by this rank you have less chance to get any NIT. If you had obc rank below 10000 then there would have some chance.

If you have got AIR 30764 OBC category rank in JEE Mains 2020 Examination than, your marks would be around 63.
At 63 marks your CRL rank comes out to be AIR 107269 - AIR 139419.

No, form for jee main 2021 has not out yet. If NTA holds the as per the schedule in january then application form will be released in the month September 2020 but due to global pandemic this year session has been delayed . Jossa 2020 is expected to be end
