Congratulations that's a great rank . Now coming to the college's you can easily get NIT , GFTIS and if you want IITs you must apply for JEE advanced .If you are from specific reserved category than it will be more easy for you to get colleges . You can

as you have not mentioned your home state . and whether you want college in your state or in any state of india . so lets talk about all over india .

Talking about IIT , i see very less possibility of getting CSE or any branch with your rank
