    Dear Aspirant,

    Chances for computer science are not that good in your case, for Ece you might get in your home state nit provided that your home state do no have the top 5 NITs.

    Hello aspirant,you can apply for JEE Advanced as the cutoff for OBC is 72.88 percentile.So you are eligible to apply but whether you will get a seat in IIT or not will depend upon your performance in JEE Advanced.
