when I was registering for jee mains 2025 it suddenly closed by saying "Timed out " when I was trying to register again it says "account with same credentials already exists"people are saying that try to login instead of registration but for logging in it requires application number which i dont hve

If you registered yourself once for JEE 2025 you cannot register again with same mobile number and email id thats why its said account with same credentials already exists.

You need to recover your application number try recovering through your phone number or a recovery Gmail account or another registered
