While 90% is a good score, it translates to roughly 74,257 rank (general) and 20,000-25,000 rank (OBC) based on previous year trends. For NIT admissions, you'd ideally need closer to 95%+ percentile or a much higher OBC rank for better chances.

It is possible to take maths if board registration for 12th has not taken place. Contact your school and ask them. If the registration has been done, it may be difficult to change subject. But you can reach out to cbse regional office and discuss your query.

Yes, you  are eligible to write JEE exam even though you are in BCA 2nd year, because there is no age limit. The only eligibility criteria you have to meet is you should have the pass percentage in your 10+2 or any equivalent exam in the respective year you had

Hy Abhishek Kumar,

Yes, you can definitely use your Bihar caste certificate . If validity is procured and in some cases, u need to have NCL (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate, then the state castes are considered. For JEE they generally consider SC, ST & OBC.
