It is not possible to predict these marks on the basis of OBC rank because it varies every year depending on the type of candidates appearing in the examination , toughness level of the paper, number of vacant seats.

Honestly it is difficult for you to get cse branch in any of the good NITs/IIITs because the cut offs state around 99 for cse branch even for the ews category students.
So, i would suggest if you really want cse branch then go for colleges which comes under
