NMIMS conducts NPAT( National test for Program After Twelfth) for taking the admission of the candidates to Integrated Degree program and Undergraduate Degree program.
To get into NMIMS Mumbai for MBA program you need to appear for NMAT exam which is conducted in a 75 day window in the months starting from October till mid of Dec. You can give NMAT exam three times in the same year and post shortlisting(once you achieve a score of 210+/360) you are called for case discussion and interview rounds.

The candidates are selected based upon marks and percentile considering cutoff provided, but when alot of candidates secure the same marks and percentile they consider the candidates who have aatained higher marks in other qualifications and academic achievements.But it is possible that there is some other error in the process, I request you to call the helpline numbers and communicate the same with them.
Be hopeful and prepare for the interview round and in the meantime check personaly all the things that might have happened.

The Joint Entrance Exam (JET) is a multi-stages selection programme and for pursuing your eduation in these colleges, you need to pass in all the required stages.
This year the FTII hosted the JET 2019 on 24th February in 2 sessions across 26 centres in India. The results of JET 2019 has already been declared on 17th May. You can check it in https://www.applyadmission.net/jet2019/ResultWrittenTest_JET2019.aspx using your registered application number, Date of Birth and Roll Number.
As it seems that your result has already been declared, you can confirm your status for clearing the first stage. 69.28 percentile is a good result, but every year the selection criteria changes according to the average performance.
