About your question,it would be advisable that you contact the council body of jossa as quick as possible. Usually the refund is done within a few weeks. Since yours have got delayed so much you should go and ask them. Even the refund is only possible if u have applied for refund before the 7th round. After the 7th round they dont refund the money.

The admission procedure of NIT Trichy has not been released yet. The documents required for admission will be mentioned in notice of NIT Trichy and in JoSAA BUSINESS RULES ( yet to be released ). So there is nothing need to worry about. If there is no mention regarding domicile certificate, that means there is no need of it.
