No ,all the seats are not alloted in the first round. There are six round on jossa counselling. Seats are left for all rounds. Candidates go for freeze,float and not choose alloted seat are left out for another rounds .Don't worry for seats in rounds.

Not all seats will be filled in first round of JoSAA counselling itself. Few seats will remain vacant after first seat allotment while few seats will be withdrawn by the candidates. All the vacant seats at the end of first round of counselling will be considered for second round
