Yeah all JOSAA Rounds are for IITs, IIITs, NITs and GFTIs from Round 1 to Round 6. As far as the CSAB/Special Round is concerned it is for NITs, IIITs and GFTIs and not for IITs. Do keep an eye on the counselling procedure and dates.

HI. The 6th round of counseling will be for IITs as well as NITs, GFTIs, IIITs. It is so mentioned in the schedule because there is no spot round for IIT. Hence it is supposedly the last round for IIT. Spot round will be conducted by CSAB after the 6th

If the candidate has accepted the allotment but is not satisfied with the seat allotted & doesn’t want to get admission to the college, you can withdraw yout seat by visiting the institutes.
Inshort withdrawing a seat means you are cancelling your admission in the alloted college.

JoSAA 2020 is being conducted in six rounds. The seat allocation result of JoSAA 2020 will be released in online mode for every round.
This depends on you, the sooner you get the college and the subjec of your choice, you can opt out of counselling.
