JOSAA always issues the format of the required documents beforehand the counseling starts. It also issues the format of OBC-NCL certificate. You must have seen in the top that it is written-"FORM OF CERTIFICATE TO BE PRODUCED BY THE OTHER BACKWAR CLASSES APPLYING
They're showing the options and you've to choose in which college you want seat according to your rank. After choosing the options they will check either your rank is qualifying to get seat in those particular colleges that you have choosen, if yes then you'll get the seat otherwise not.

As of yet JoSSA has not announced what are the formats for uploading certificates and documents for JoSSA counselling. The preferred formats will be released soon. Kindly keep checking the official website of JoSSA as any updates will be announced there immediately.

it is suggested that your obc ncl certificate be of the same format as the JOSAA format to avoid any kind of ambiguity. To be on the safer side it is best if you have a obc ncl certificate following the JOSAA format.
