Hello student the fees is very nominal around 27000 Rs. Eligible candidates need to appear for a written test conducted by University of hyderabad.
After passing the exam candidates will be called for personal interview and on the basis of both the result student got admission in the college.

Yes, of Course!  You can apply for Postgraduate courses in Delhi University even if you haven't done your undergraduate from DU. The minimum eligibility criteria is that, you must have passed your UG degrer in relevant field from Any recognised university with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
