For journalism, the minimum percentage in delhi university colleges go till 84-85%, that to in the 6th-7th cut offs.

However if you are a reserved catagory, you may get admission.

You can also apply for the DU's Delhi School of Journalism Entrance Exam. Thats the only way to get in
