Hello,
M.A in journalism and mass communication is a PG course of 2 years.it is offered by MIT WPU PUNE is a private institute established in 1983 with the total fee of 6.25 lakh.you can take admission in the course by entrance test pgpet Which is conducted by university every year.
It's great that you have interest in Media Courses, however one thing I can suggest that although Hindi Journalism Course is very beneficial still English Journalism and Mass communication course will increase your chances of selection in different countries apart from India as well. Considering the ongoing trends of competition if you wish to fly abroad then English Journalism Course will improve your linguistic skills and you can make your chance better.
Hope it helps!!
