Here is the list of postgraduate programs offered through ICAR
Candidates must have received a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. Candidates in the general and OBC categories must have received a minimum of 60% aggregate in the qualifying examination, while SC/ST/PWD candidates must have received a minimum of 50% aggregate in the qualifying examination. Admission to 75 Agricultural Universities, comprising 64 State Agricultural, Veterinary, Horticultural, and Fisheries Universities, 4 ICAR Deemed Universities, 3 Central Agricultural Universities, and 4 Central Universities with Faculty of Agriculture, is based on merit in the entrance test. The course you're seeking for isn't available in any of the offered PG programmes. As a result, you do not need to apply for this exam. Other entrance examinations include IIT JAM, CUCET, DUET, and GAT-B, to name a few.

You have done a commendable result UGC NET jrf exam with 99 .98% marks in the subject that have been not mentioned by you in this query. If there is not specific category mention in a post for assistant professor then you are eligible for applying for this post as you have where the UGC NET exam. But mentioning specific provision for any post by UGC anyone can I apply for this post of any caste category but whenever The selection will be final then the question of category reservation will come in focus. So it will be better for you to apply for the post and if you selected then the decision of UGC authority will be final.

First of all congratulations on achieving 99.93 percentile in ugc net . Considering you are from obc category ,you can absolutely apply for the job as an assistant professor in the un reserved category.
Generally there is no such reservation in the un , anyone can apply for it if they have cleared the cut offs.
As your reading under State University Agriculture College even it is private college do it is AC related to ICAR so you are eligible for appearing CSIR jrf exam. In this regard we have to achieve the Grade point 6.5 out of 10, 4 in the scale of 5. CSIR jrf junior research fellowship is allowed to get 31000 per month for 2 years and contingency of rupees 20000 per annum. Those who have achieved in post graduation at least 60% marks and in ug degree examination are eligible to appear for CSIR jrf exam.

Mostly in the month of June and December NET Exam is conducted.
Candidates have to select the subjects in which they have completed their post-graduation.
You are eligible you take UGC NET in Home Science subject.
You must have 55% or above in Masters’ degree to appear for the NTA NET 2022 exam if you belong to General category minimum 50% aggregate marks including OBC/SC/ST/PwD/Transgender category.
