The  cutoff for kcet at RV college in the branch of computer science engg is 2086 for the sc category. Now if the rank you provided is for sc category, am afraid it will be very hard for you to get a seat in the top 10 colleges in bangalore for cse.

However Industrial Engineering and Management

Is a stream that is available at the rank you've specified also chemical engineering is available.

Streams like CSE and IT won't be available.

The admission to these colleges is through COMEDK, you have to attend the COMEDK counselling with the following documents:

*Candidate’s 10+2 or equivalent examination mark sheet.

*COMEDK 2018 admit card.

*Caste/Disability certificate, if applicable.

*Sports/NCC other extracurricular certificates, if applicable.

*Class 10 (SSLC, ICSE, CBSE etc.) or equivalent examination mark sheet.

*COMEDK 2018 rank card.

*Original government-issued ID proof – Aadhar, Passport, Driver’s License, PAN Card, Voter ID etc. Address and other details must match the same as provided in the original application form as well as all the certificates/mark sheets of the candidate.

*Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 50,000 – drawn from any nationalized bank in favour of COMEDK and payable at Bangalore.
