If you have 35,098 rank in KCET exam then yes you can get the admission in Biomedical Engineering in KLE Dr MS Sheshgiri College of Engineering and Technology (KLESCET) , Belgaum  as per the 2020 cut-offs which is 76,698(1st round) to 1,15,928(round 2 extended).

But, if you have 35,098

Conspiring 75% is a normal passing grade in many masters programs in the USA and Canada your ability to get into a masters program when you have not shown your ability to attain that sort of grade is marginal. That GPA means you have not mastered the material

The eligibility criteria for B.Tech in biomedical engineering is that the c andidate should have passed Class 12 with Science stream or its equivalent from any recognized board in India with a minimum aggregate of 50%. The qualifying examination must be with Physics, Maths, Chemistry and an extra subject

After completing your bipc u have many options. As you have studied subject bio physic and chemistry do yes you can also do biomedical engineering. Write your respective State entrance exam and can get admitted to this course. You can also write jee mains entrance exam and can get admitted
