see eligibility criteria for m.tech in bio medical engineering is candidates must have completed bachelors degree on relevant discipline. however In India admission to m.tech course in tier 1 institute is based on gate score. to admission in biomedical stream you have to appear in gate . IIT bombay
see gate cutoff for bio medical engineering is 22.5 for obc ncl students. since your score is less then the qualifying cutoff you do not qualify for gate 2021 exam. so you will not get gate score card.
