For Btech course PCM is only required. Biology is required only for the medicine course. So you can do any BTech course with PCM.

Eligibility criteria is that candidate must have completed btech in engineering/technology or msc in any relevant science subject or must be in final year of the program.

and there is no no minimum percentage qualifying required.
