    My ranking in SRM jee 73327 And in kiit 17231 which should I join and which branch hope better.

    Hi Ravinder,
                       SRM is a good.But last year closing rank for SRM was 70k for all the branches.
    KIIT is also good. Previous years closing rank for KIIT was 30k for some branches ,20k for some and 10k for some branches.

    You can join Mechanical engineering, Computer Engineering, Civil engineering.

    Yeah you will get CSE in both the colleges as far as your rank is concerned .I will advise you to go for the main campus of srm as its has got better infrastructure and better professors and yeah if you want to join KIIT then CSE is the most

                 Congrats for getting this rank in KIITEE. Yes you can get admission in KIIT in Computer Science branch with this rank. Previous years Closing rank for admission in CSE branch was below 5000. So you can get seat there.

    Yes you can definitely change your branch and take up whichever branch is available at the tik eof counselling.

    First round shall begin from 10th May while second round slated ro start from 4th week of May 2018.

    Does kiit refund the counselling fees????? And if yes then how much do they refund????

    As per industry standards,
    College is required to deduct at the maximum 15% fees.
    In case of KIIT, only counselling fees of 10,000 shall be deducted from 75000 and rest amount shall be returned back.

    There is no fixed bifurcation of candidates coming from states.
    The college is well diversified and has bright mix of talents across India.

    The college has although reservation like:

    • Physically challenged 3%
    • Scheduled tribe 7.5%
    • Schedule caste 15%

    Do note that General category students arenot part of abive reservations quota.

    If you dont go for counselling on scheduled time and date there are chances that you might loose out seat where you have good chances.
    You need to uodate KIIT officials for your absence stating the circumstances.

    • Tuiton fee 1.5Lkhs per annum
    • Histel fees for Non AC 3 Bed 21000 per semester
