Generally CAT percentile is not the only criteria for getting calls from all the IIMs. There are few IIMs like IIM B which gives way more weightage to quality work experience or IIM Indore which gives more weightage to 10th 12th and graduation marks than CAT marks. Also like IIM

mera kitee ka counsilling date 12/05/2017 diya hai but mai present nahi ho sakta hu, kya fir se counsilling ho sakata hai

There are less chances for counseling to be recon ducted for one.
In such cases you will have to talk to the officials directly.
