Yes you have opportunity to get an admission in the university and you have been selected in the counselling list. For eligibility the candidates must have passed the 10th and 12th exam , there should be minimum of 45% aggregate.

If you're asking about the level of difficulty it would be considerably less than JEE and at par with viteee.
Make sure you fulfill their eligibility criteria-
Candidates applying for B.Tech(4 Years) Course should fulfill the following criteria.
Candidates who have passed 10+2 examination in 2018,2019 or appearing in 10+2 examination in 2020 are only eligible to apply for B.Tech(4 Years) course of the University.
Should have studied in regular full time formal education in their schooling/college.
Pass in 10 +2 or its equivalent with at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics taken together.
B.Tech & M.Tech.(Dual Degree) Biotechnology. Pass in 10+2 or equivalent with at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology taken together.
Should have born on or after 01.07.1999

Predicting an approximate amount of marks to secure a rank of below 4000 is not a easy task as the factors taken into consideration are many. But if you really want a number, I would say, a score of above 400 would be a very good.
