As you have mentioned you got 90 percentile, it means you are in top 10% among candidates who has participated in the exam. However, the rank still depends on the number of candidates appeared.

KIIT Entrance Examination (KIITEE) is the All India Entrance Examination conducted by KIIT, Bhubaneswar for admission into various courses of KIIT (Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology).
