Well CSE is tough to get with your mentioned rank but still you stand chance to get it as lots of students will be waiting for JEE counselling process.

Dear, thanks for asking this question, yes in kiit java in their cource in ETC trade, but probably after the 2nd sem or 4th sem java in their main cource, but it's not mendatory subject this is optional subject, you have to choose after 2nd or 4th sem. Best of luck for your career.

Apart from these you may get ETC and the derivative branches of CSE like computer science and system engineering, computer science and information technology ,computer science and communication engineering, etc not in the first round of counseling but most probably in the second round of counseling since they are in much demand.
You can get the branches mentioned earlier by me in the very first round of counseling.
Please note that cutoffs can vary as they depend upon factors like number of students who take the test, the difficulty level of paper, number of seats available.

Congratulations for securing such a good rank in KIITEE exam.
Since KIITEE is a free entrance examination and is conducted all over the country, so you can expect around 3-4 lakh candidates appearing for exam. So you have secured a really good rank.
With this rank you will he eligible for the KIITEE merit scholarship. KIIT provides scholarship to top 1000 rank holders of KIITEE 2019 (B.Tech. – 4 years) during his/her study period at KIIT subject to fulfilment of criteria. So you will be receiving a scholarship of Rs 10,000 per month i.e Rs4,80,000 in the entire four year programme.
Moreover merit list is the list comprising the general category rankings of all the candidates who had appeared for KIITEE.

I would recommend you to join KIIT rather than SRM university.
The university is best in every aspect whether it is academics or other activities. They have a very well designed campus and in the last few years ,it has improved many hostel rooms, classrooms, campus etc.Hostels are very neat & clean and the College campuses have beautiful sights. Here you can find food from every parts of India.The hostel food is much better than other universities.(though the weather might be annoying at times but still better than SRM!)In SRM there might be arise difficulties due to their weather ,language and cuisine.Communication becomes a problem there since most of the native people there prefer speaking in Tamil.You need to get acquainted with the Sour and Spicy food given.The faculties in KIIT are much better than those in SRM as I have heard from my friends studying in SRM.Overall KIIT is a college that anyone could ask for.
As far as ranking is concerned the most authentic one considered is the Official MHRD Ranking (National Institutional Ranking Framework, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India): MHRD, National Institute Ranking Framework (NIRF) In 2016, KIIT university got 32nd rank while SRM University campus didn’t even manage to get into top 100 university list.In 2017, SRM university ranks 35th position while KIIT University got 47th rank and now in 2018,SRM university ranks 41st position whereas KIIT ranks 42nd position.And also b oth are DEEMED Universities status wise.
Every private universities has students who come through donatation but here ,the number is way less than SRM.The fee structure of KIIT is also less as compared to SRM.In overall comparison KIIT is a good university which has transparent system of education but in SRM condition isn’t the same.
I would suggest you to join KIIT University on these basis,however, whichever university you choose, it is upto the individual to perform and master the skills. After all it's you who is going to represent your Alma Mater.
