I don't think that is possible. However, you can get IT which is pretty similar to CSE and same job offers and other branches like Computer science and system engineering or electronics and communication. The CSE seats at KIT are at most filled up by 5000 ranks.

Woman's Rank is the the rank secured by the female candidate,among all the other female candidates only who had appeared for the exam.It is the rank that you get if remove all the the other male or other candidates

As per your rank in KIIT, you will get better choice of branch here, while in SRM, you might not get CSE or your choice of branch.
As far as I know, KIIT has a higher placement ratio tha SRM. So choose accordinglu.
