Hope you found this answer informative. Best wishes for your future
Hello aspirant,
There are mainly two ways if you want to have admission in government medical colleges of Karnataka- either through state quota or through All India quota. But as you are from Telangana you are only eligible for All India quota for government colleges of Karnataka. And at your score it will be difficult for you to get admission in government college of any state through All India quota counselling.
In Karnataka you can take admission in private dental colleges via open category. As Karnataka allows other states' students to take admission in private medical colleges. So you can get seat in some private medical colleges both in your state and other such as:
But remember that cutoffs changes every year due to various factors such as number of students attempted exam and number of students participated in counselling, difficulty level of exam, reservations and more. So nothing can be predicted with certainty until the official announcement of cutoff. For more college options at your score you can use our NEET UG college predictor tool too which provides you elaborate information regarding the suitable colleges:

Hey,
Based on previous year data, with 440 marks you may get a rank between 154385-164903. You can also predict your rank using NEET Rank Predictor https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-rank-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_rp
Last year the cut off rank for Mahadevappa Rampure Medical College under 2B category through Karnataka State Counselling ( HYD-KAR ) was 77214. So, based on this it is quite difficult for you to get this college. But keep in mind that nothing fixed can be said until NEET 2021 results come out. For example, in 2019 with the corresponding marks for 77000 rank was between 463-453. This inflated to 527-518 in 2020. Cut offs and ranks are subject to change every year depending on the difficulty level of the paper, the performance of the students and the number of seats available.
You can get a complete list of colleges in which you may get MBBS/BDS seat by using NEET College Predictor https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_cp
