Ranjan shah 20th Sep, 2021

As you mentioned that you belong to sc category

And your marks are 250 which is very less to get a government college through counseling

But by applying through state quota you will have very less chance

So fill college preference wisely so that you will get a government college through it

Im getting 83 marks in pcb.. Kcet 2021..belongs to obc 2a category... Kannada medium and hk(371J).. Will I get veterinary seat this year?

Akanksha 7th Sep, 2021
Hello Aspirant

The cutoffs vary every year depending upon
- Difficulty level of paper
- Number of seats available for that particular branch
- Number of qualifying candidates

Seat is alloted to you based upon your KCET rank. With a score of 83 marks in KCET 2021 you can expect a rank around 4000 - 6000 . This is just a predicted rank and your actual rank may vary.

Usually BSc Veterinary Science seats get filled around a rank of 4000. Hence you have likely chances to get Veterinary seat till final round.

Hope this helps

In kcet I got 58332 rank I had agree quota, kannada, rural quota can I get seat in forestry or agriculture in karnataka

Sree Student Expert 17th Oct, 2021

Hello Jagadish,

Cut-offs varies from year to year and that's why it is difficult to predict. Cut-offs depends on many factors like

*Number of students appeared in the exam

*Category

*Difficulty level of the exam

*Number of seats available, etc.

It is difficult to get B.Sc Agriculture or Forestry seat for your KCET Rank as it is very high rank, based on previous years closing ranks and cutoffs and they may vary from year to year. So give a try by applying for counselling and if you won't get free seat then try for Management quota seats.

You can predict Colleges you can get for your KCET Rank using below mentioned College Predictor Tool.

Hello Aspirant,

See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year but yes we can provide you the list of colleges that you can get based on previous years cut-off data.

So according to the data, on such marks and category you have some chances of getting few medical colleges in Karnataka under state quota according to previous year's cut-off and also you have good chances for some of the deemed institutions.

As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you have chances in following colleges :-

Khwaja Bande Nawaz Institute Of Medical Sciences, Gulbarga

M.V.J.Medical College and Research Hospital, Channasandra, Bangalore

A.J.Institute of Medical Sciences, Mangalore

Sri Basaveshwara Medical College and Hospital, Chitradurga

And some more. You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

in neet 2021 with 305 marks can i get govt mbbs seat in karnatak iam belonges to sc categeri hk region and kannada medium what is the chances of getting medical seat

Anurag Khanna 9th Oct, 2021

Hello Aspirant,

So on such marks and category you have very low chances of getting any of the government MBBS seat according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that in 2019 the closing cut-off marks were around 315-340 for Government quota MBBS seats under Home state quota for SC category and we saw an increase of around 25-30 marks in institutional cut-offs in 2020. So if you are targeting for NEET 2021 then your aim should not be less than 340 out of 720 marks especially for Government quota seats for MBBS in Karnataka.

You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-

NEET 2021 Cutoff Karnataka (2020, 2019, 2018, 2017): College-wise & Category-wise (careers360.com)

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

for horticulture sirasi. or Hiriyur... how much Marks... i get in kcet 2021.... and and i am an kannada medium and rural student...

Akanksha 6th Sep, 2021
Hello Aspirant

For getting a BSc Horticulture seat in College of Horticulture, Sirsi or College of Horticulture, Hiriyur you need to have a rank around 10000 or below. As you have Kannada and rural quota, it is an added advantage for you. You will be getting some reservation in the total number of seats available.
Now to get a rank around 10000 you should score more than 80 marks in KCET. The more your marks, the more will be your chances of getting your preferred seat.

Hope this helps
