There is an option to select the category to which you belong. You should fill OBC category in the application form since you belong to that category and your counselling will be done on the basis of that category only. You have mentioned that you have filled general category in the application form so your counselling will be done on the basis of the cutoff that will come under general category.
You can check in which category your caste come by contacting the official authorities of government department, they will issue you a caste certificate and you can give the caste certificate to the authorities of the exam concerned.

I would like to tell you that this the predicted rank only as rank depends on mulitples factors which varies every year like number of appeared and difficulty level of exam . No Karnataka CET Exam has not been cancelled.KCET 2021 Examination will ce conducted on 28,29 and 30 August across the state in more than 500 centres.The admit cards for the Karnataka Common Entrance Test(KCET) 2021 has been released by the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA). Candidates who are appearing for the exam can avail their hall tickets by visiting the official website(kea.kar.nic.in).
Biology and Mathematics Examination will be conducted on 28th August.
Physics and Chemistry Examination will be held on 29th August.
Kannada Examination for gadinadu and horanadu kannadigas will take place on 30th August.

Karnataka domicile certificate is an official document provided by the Karnataka Government to recognize the residence of a citizen. This certificate will be issued by the Revenue Department Officer under the respective Taluk Office.
Residence certificate can be of any place where you are living even on rent. Domicile certificate is for your permanent residence , from where you belong to and also it is given only on the basis of your identity proof like voter id
In short it is the proof of your permanent address( domicile)

Kcet application form will be tentatively released in the first week of February by the conducting authority i. e Karnataka Examinations Authority in online mode at its official website i. e cetonline.karnataka.gov.in (http://cetonline.karnataka.gov.in)
Once the application form of kcet gets released you can fill the form following The below steps
* first you need to visit the official website cetonline.karnataka.gov.in (http://cetonline.karnataka.gov.in) and then do kcet registration to generate your login credentials,
*then fill the form,
* and after that you need to go for uploading your documents :- -) your photograph -) your signature -) impression of your left thumb -) your parents signature /left thumb impression
* then pay the application fee
*and finally you should take the printout of confirmation page
Till the application form gets released you should continue your kcet preparation, go well through the chapters , solve numericals and mcqs after finishing each chapter, follow a timetable to avoid wastage of time and once you are done with your KCET syllabus focus on revision and then go through previous year question papers and mock test papers.
