let me tell you while considering as general you should have good marks in PU as well as 140 plus you will get the good rank  approx while it depends on the no. of people writing the exam on the other hand if you have any reserved category

MIT is one of the good institute but you I want to make you clear that Manipal institute does not come under KCET exam . For admission in MIT  You have to go for exam i.e MU-OET that helds online every year for admission in MIT.
