Hello,

Yes SNQ seats also charge money but the amount is very, very less.
1. For General Merit students it is 3090/-.
2. For students belonging to 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B, it's 3090/.
3. For students belonging to SC/ST, it depends on income.

Refer through the last year cut off ranks available on kea website and this would give you 90% idea of which college you are going to get for your rank. The cut off hardly differs by 300-400 ranks max every year.
