In order to be eligible for KCET you must have studied and passed from a recognised institution situated in Karnataka. The academic study from a state institute should be for a minimum period of 7 years, starting from 1st standard to 2nd PUC/12th standard as on July 1

Candidates who belongs to other state but wish to appear KCET must meet eligibility criteria that is he/she must be studied and passed from a recognized institute of Karnataka for a minimum period of 7 years.

the cutoff will change from branch to branch kindly refer the below link for cutoff of BMS of last year as those ranks were included with 2nd round only

if you are general you must have below 500 rank to get Mechanical

in the sense if you have category you should have below 900 its quite toug competation to get the RV
