**Yes, ofcourse you can attempt KCET this year. Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) will soon release the application form on their official website cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. Tentatively KCET 2022 will be conducted in the month of August, 2022.
Application Fees:
-For General/OBC Candidates - Rs. 500
- ForSC/ST/ Female Candidates -
Karnataka Examination Authority will release the KCET 2022 exam dates on their official website at kea.kar.nic.in.

As you have a good percentage in PCM in your 12th examination, so you can get below 25,000 rank if you try to score at least 70 or more in KCET .
