Hello, Usually the kcet window is open again once before the counselling procedure for 24-48 hours for editing and downloading application form.

Considering previous year's cutoff rank getting CSE in MS RAMAIAH is a little bit difficult,however you can easily get CSE in Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering,if you are not branch specific then you can get ECE in MS Ramaiah and BMS College of Engineering.
