Based on previous year KCET cutoff for B.Sc Agriculture course, it seems quite difficult for chances of admission for the course at any college, even with Ex-defence quota. The lowest cutoff previous year for Ex-defence category students in KCET round 2 was 39183 at Sericulture College, Chikkaballapur.

I don't think through KCET counselling you can get admission for this course. For b.sc anesthesia there are some other entrance exam like NEET, BVP CET, AICET.
