I don't get what do you mean by free college i suppose it means getting college in kcet counseling and as you did not specify any category and if you are general i can say that it isn't q good rank you will have very few chances getting
Yes. It is prerequisite and they will verify it in the counsellings.
All the X-roxed documents have to be attested by gazetted offer for kcet.
