If there are vacant seats after round 2 of KCET counselling then a special round of counselling will be conducted. And candidates who wish to participate in special round will have to fill fresh choices of colleges and branches. And a seat will be allotted based on the merit,

Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) will conduct KCET 2020 counselling in online mode. KEA will conduct two rounds of KCET 2020 Counselling along with a second extended round and special round. The allocation of seat would be done based on marks obtained by candidate, their preference order and cutoff.
